Expectation:
The person giving the answers
a- Does not get personal at all.
b- Has professional attitude.
c- Good in articulation of his/her thoughts.
d- Does not show tiredness or get distracted or show irritation over these questions.
e- Does not change his/her views on the similar topics depending on which side he/she is.
